Very Disappointed
I ordered the Alen HEPA and 4 extra Odor Cell (BF25A-MP) filters that were suppose to take the smell out of my house. The filters they sent were not what I ordered and made the smell worse! I contacted to company by e-mail directly and have yet to get a response! It has been over a month since I sent them the e-mail about my problem and requested an option to correct it! They still have not gotten in touch with me. I am not using the produce and feel I wasted several hundred dollars.

Great Filter
Great addition to our A350 Air Purifier. We needed to have the additional filtration and this filter removes smoke odors as advertised.
