EZ breezy to clean
Bought this a few weeks ago and it is a good product. I have deepfried chicken, hens, steak and duck. It takes a few minutes for the temp to go up, but you could be doing other things while waiting. It has a 60 min. timer and it supposedly goes up to 375 but I have no way of testing that. It DOES crisp chicken legs and breasts nicely and makes the duck fat melt in your mouth (no more rubbery duck skin). It is small - holds only 32 oz of oil, but you can reuse the oil so many times (used mine 5 times before dumping it). The oil pan comes out easily and the heating rods are easy to clean too. The top comes off quickly so you can wash it and goes on in a snap. The basket is large enough for two chicken breasts, one whole hen, three steaks, and two duck breasts. Speaking of the basket, the handle folds down so you won't bump into it (a child will NOT be able to pull it off the table to get oil spilled). You can rest the chicken or whatever because the basket can be pulled up out...

It's alright.. Not as great as I have had before.. but just ok I think. Won't buy this one again.
