Great Addition to My Coffee Bar
Overall this is a great product. My only complaint would be it takes about 3 mins to warm up the milk. It's fairly quiet, but not silent.
Great Companion to the CBTL Americano
Purchased this CBTL frother with their Americano Coffee maker that blows the "K" away. IF you follow their directions this frother works perfectly! Great cappuccino foam. CLEAN between each cup. Have owned now for three months and no problems with this unit at all!
Inferior quality plastic: cracked with heat on 2nd use. seller refused to replace it. THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SELLER
It worked fine when it arrived. A crack appeared in plastic vessel, near the heating element on 2nd use. I contacted the seller, VETTIELOU, who refused to replace this defective item, telling me to '' ..take it up with the manufacturer...''. The manufacturer happens to be based in Montreal. The cost of shipment this, and the hassle - and the hassle of being rebuffed by Vettielou - makes that hardly viable.
The goods are faulty. Made of cheap plastic, unable to withstand the heat of frothing.
The seller clearly does not understand his responsibilities. They have a legal contract to provide goods of satisfactory standard, which meets the advertised product specification and use. Until they understand that, THEN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.
