JUNK!!!
I BOUGHT THIS AC,LASTED 3 MONTHS QUIT WORKING. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY ABOUT WARRANTY, THEY AGREED TO REPLACE IT.I GOT THE SECOND ONE SEVERAL WEEKS LATER,AS SOON AS I INSTALLED IT FAN RATTLED,IT IS JUNK TOO!!! STAY AWAY FROM HAIER PRODUCTS,I PURCHASED A DEHUMIDIFIER ALSO AND IT WORKED LESS THAN A YEAR, ITS JUNK TOO!!!!

Bought this unit three weeks ago, just before we hit the record-breaking heat wave. It does NOT work! The energy saver mode is a joke--there's no difference between it and the actual cool mode. It's 85 degrees outside today, and I turned the unit on in the middle of the night to start cooling my small apartment. When set to 75 degrees, the unit will kick on at 85 degrees, cool until the temp right at the unit hits 82 degrees, then shuts off. It does the same thing even when I set the temperature setting to 60 degrees. I've packed it back up and will be returning it for a different brand...and from the reviews I've read, Frigidaire works far better!
So far, so good
Compact, quiet, installed to make a guest room tolerable in the summer's awful heat and humidity, very successful at that and now regularly used with the aid of a fan to dehumidify that room and two others plus a bathroom, all opening off a common hallway.
