Works Great but Can't Take Lid Off while Attached to Mixer
This food processor really works great. I used it to chop up graham cracker crumbs. I also used the slicer to slice various vegetables with the slicing disk. It can slice a potato in about a second!
The lid cannot be removed while the shredder is attached to the mixer. I understand that it would be dangerous for it to run with the lid off but it would be nice to be able to add more ingredients without removing the mixer. Some are set up to not be able to run without the lid on but those systems don't always work great either so I don't think I can't ding them for that.
The most fun I've had in the kitchen!
Makes short work of shredding and slicing and so much fun! I've sliced potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, carrots, zucchini and much more. I was having so much fun slicing and shredding I kept looking for more things I could run through it.
